We make the process of getting you or your business online as simple as possible by following the five steps below:
1) Consultation
Where possible we'll try to meet in person with you to discuss your requirements. If we can't meet in person then we'll arrange to contact you by phone at a time convenient for yourself. During the consultation we'll discuss your needs and expectations and how they can come to fruition.
We will also discuss your budget and timeframe for completion. In addition we will look at other sites so we can get a feel for the type of design you like and don't like.
2) Quote and Agreement
After the consultation we will write up a Requirements Specification Report based on our discussions. This document will outline your requirements and how they will be implemented. Other information such as hosting, domain name and anything else which we discussed during the consultation will be included in this document. Along with this document will be our quote for your project based on the Requirements Specification document. You should read the Requirements Specification report carefully in case you want to add or remove details to the report and to ensure that you’re happy that we fully understand how you want your web site or web application to look and function.
3) Development
Once the Requirements Specification document and quote and have been agreed we will begin developing your web site or web application. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the development process. As a part of this we will upload the work in progress to a temporary area so you can view progress for yourself. This also gives you the opportunity to raise any questions or suggest alteration to the design and functionality.
4) Launch and Registration
Once the development has been completed and we have agreed that your site or application is ready to go live, we will upload the site to its final location and make it available for everyone to see and use on the internet. As a part of this process we will submit your site to search engines and directories to give your site maximum exposure.
5) Support and Maintenance
Once your site has been launched we won't abandon you!
You will probably find after a couple of months you will probably get a feel of what's working well and not so well on your site from using the site yourself and from customer feedback on how your site could be improved. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day! All web sites evolve over time fuelled by customer feedback and changing needs. Be assured we will be here to carry out routine maintenance and adjustments to your site as well as major changes such as new functionality. See our maintenance packages for more details.
